SERVICE-REISEN CH is your contract partner for all tours with a travel start date after Friday, 1st April 2022. All reservations from Wednesday, 9th March 2022 onwards - irrespective of the year of travel - will be made by SERVICE-REISEN CH GmbH.
Is there a need for a new contract?
No, from SERVICE-REISEN's point of view there is no need to create new contracts. Contracts are taken over 1:1. Only invoicing and subsequent payment must be made to SERVICE-REISEN CH GmbH. New contracts are concluded to SERVICE-REISEN CH GmbH.
Which jurisdiction applies to the transferred contracts?
The place of jurisdiction remains unchanged Giessen, thus German law will also apply in the future.
