Dear Partners,

as we would like to continue to offer our customers market-driven proposals with an optimal price-performance ratio, we have modernized our company structure. Last year we founded SERVICE-REISEN CH GmbH which is based in Bottighofen/Switzerland on Lake Constance, which already took over on some on the tours for customers last year. We will now expand this and transfer the billing of our bookings to SERVICE-REISEN CH GmbH from 1st April 2022. Invoicing and payment will be done via this address from April onwards. New bookings will be done via SERVICE-REISEN CH GmbH from Wednesday, 9th March 2022.

Please send invoices only to invoice@remove-this.servicereisen.com. In addition, the e-mail address finanzen@remove-this.servicereisen.com is available for general questions and other e-mail correspondence with our finance department.

From now you will find your direct contacts in the Contracting department, Product Design department and Tour Management department. The competent and committed team of SERVICE-REISEN Heyne GmbH & Co. KG in Giessen will keep handling the tours as a service provider beginning with the inquiry and ending with operation of every tour.
